Throughout his career, Damian has led organizations responsible for over a billion dollars of annual revenue while at the same time generating significant revenue growth. Prior to ProtectedIT, Damian held several executive roles; at ServerFarm®, Sungard®, Hewlett-Packard®, Qwest/CenturyLink®, and Level 3®, where he transformed and built businesses for the outsourcing and integration practices.
David Fadida
Chief Operating Officer
David’s operations and marketing experience is rooted in the automotive industry working for manufacturers including General Motors and Ford. David led marketing teams with global initiatives serving markets in the US, Europe and Middle East. His deep experience in top media markets makes David uniquely qualified to manage the fast-paced and ever evolving marketing messages of Fortune 500 clients. Over the last 5 years David worked with startups to raise over $15M in private and institutional capital. He advised startups in many industries including technology (mobile, AI/ML, SaaS), healthcare, manufacturing, and real estate.
Manny Chadha

Is a seasoned IT sales professional with over 20 years of experience working with International giants such as GE, TimeWarnerCable, Spectrum and Mphasis selling enterprise class IT solutions. Very well versed in handling pre-sales, successful Sales and Post-sales delivery teams, forecasting & exceeding revenue goals in both the SMB and Enterprise Services space.

Holding 20 years leading Marketing, Communications and Growth Relations Development, this is Karen's third Security company in her career. She is the former Chief of Client Services & Marketing at a Quantitative Machine Learning Hedge Fund & Senior Marketing Advisor at Securrency RegTech Global Infrastructure & current Advisor to Voyager Crypto Brokerage (Former CEO of eTrade & Founding CTO of UBER), OneChronos AI powered Dark Pool, Gold Leaf Cannabis Fund with founding member of Trivial Pursuit & Co-Founder of LeapIT. She is prior Chief Marketing Officer to Zenedge (sold to Oracle) Chief Marketing Officer to Perseus (sold to GTT) Chief Marketing Officer of Fixnetix (sold to CSC) Head of Communications Strategy to 7Ticks, (sold to IDC now NYSE ICE ) Mirus Futures (sold to NinjaTrader) and Trader Kingdom.
